All orders (including overnight and 2 day delivery) received no later than 5:00 PM Pacific Time will require two full business day for processing and packing at our warehouse before being shipped. Please note some items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. This may cause an additional one to two days in processing and packaging. Standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on weather and unavoidable delays. We ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx and also offer Next Day and 2-Day air shipping. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (This excludes weekends and holidays). Three delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to us. Once returned, we must charge a $10 rerouting fee on all packages reshipped. To avoid this inconvenience, we recommend delivery to a commercially zoned business address. We cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes.
Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After three attempt to deliver, the package will be returned to SportTruckPros.com
