MaxTrac Suspension K883042C offers a 4/2″ lift kit for your 2wd 2001-2010 Ford Ranger. MaxTrac uses lift spindles to maintain stock like geometry and keep your Ranger riding smooth, while increasing track width by half an inch. This moderate lift height provides enough clearance for much bigger wheels and tires for either a more aggressive street look, or the basis for some off-trail fun. These heavy duty 4″ lift spindles are a true bolt on piece which replaces the stock spindles, and exceed OEM specifications. The ductile iron construction makes these bullet proof. The rear of the truck is leveled out with 2″ shackles. Below you will find all of the specifics on this lift kit-
