4WD trucks aren’t just for off road anymore! There is a serious group of 4WD owners who don’t want to lift, or off-road their trucks. In fact they even want to lower a little and still be able to negotiate snowy wet roads or what ever nature throws their way. Cool, we made these kits just for you!A step up and another inch of drop in the front is what you get with the Calmax arms built for your 4WD Silverado. 3 inches out of the box, just remove and replace your factory lower control arms and leave everything else alone! Full factory suspension travel, align to GM numbers and rock on with your 4WD front end, that’s Calmax by DJM!This kit will give you another 1 to 2 inches of drop in the rear by using a rear axle flip kit instead of the 4″ hanger / shackle kit! Installing the flip kit will provide a 6″ drop right out of the box which frankly we thought during our RandD was just a little too much. You may agree or not, but if you do you can install the “shorty” shackles (included) that will lift the rear 1″ to net you out a 5″ total rear drop. This provided us a nearly level stance when used with the Calmax lower arms up front and a striking stance for a 4WD Silverado! Either way you have options, another DJM advantage!

CALMAX SuperShocks are the best choice for your project. Here you can choose the correct front shock to work with these DJM parts,Part Number 1415. In case your wondering why 2 different shock part numbers in the rear? Your factory shock mounts are staggered, one in front and one behind the rear axle, since your going to the trouble to lower why not have the optimum length shock for each side! Calmax Supershock number 1900 is for the drivers side.Calmax SuperShock number 2000 is for the passenger side.
